These tools will allow you to create massive amounts of links to your site from different platforms such as forums, blogs, guestbooks, wiki, etc. They must be used with extreme caution and only by people that know what they are doing. Otherwise, it might end up hurting your site. You need to understand the basic SEO principles before using them. I also suggest doing manual linkbuilding for a few sites before you try any of them and never to use them of your money sites.

A VPN extends a private network across a public network. Basically it creates a secure bridge between your computer and another computer. You can use it to hide your IP or even to have access to country specific content such as US Netflix, US Pandora, etc.
A VPS is a remote computer hooked up to the internet and on which you can install all kinds of software. People use this for anonymity and to have a remote computer working 24/7.
